Lectura y aceptaci\u00f3n del texto de lo que ha le\u00eddo o ha o\u00eddo el usuario, para que lo apruebe y lo firme.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Autorizaci\u00f3n. Firma del notario, despu\u00e9s de la firma de los interesados y despu\u00e9s de cumplidos todos los requisitos del contrato
